EQT Funds together with TA Associates acquires global enterprise software develop IFS for €3 billion ($3.42b)
EQT announced that together with TA Associates private equity firm, have agreed to acquire IFS who develop and deliver enterprise software, manufacture and distribute goods, manage service-focused operations for a value of €3 billion ($3.42b).
SoftBank evaluates sale or IPO for Chip Designer Arm Holdings
Softbank is considering the full or partial sale of ARM Holdings to either a private deal or a public stock listing. Four years ago, SoftBank acquired the Cambridge-based company in 2016 for $32 Million.
Oatley sells a $200 Million stake to Blackstone Group.
Oatley, a Swedish oat milk maker sold a $200 million stake to Blackstone group, a group of investors which includes Oprah Winfrey, Natalie Portman, former Starbucks chief Howard Schultz and Jay-Z.
GCP Sells Chaucer to Apax- BIP for a value of €60m ($68.5m)
London-based Private Firm Growth Capital Partners has sold the UK- Based consultancy firm Chaucer to Business Integration Partners (Bip), a portfolio company of Apax France for a value of €60m ($68.5m).
Mori (formerly called Cambridge Crop), has raised $12 million Series A for a food-coating technology.
In a written statement, the Boston-based company said that the investment will be used to scale production of its protective silk coating product, a more sustainable supply chain, designed to reduce waste as well as develop partnerships in different food categories.
Openpath raised $36M in New Funding

Meditopia has announced a $15M Series A Investment co-led by Creandum and Highland Europe. The company, based in Istanbul and Berlin works as a meditation app that helps users have a good sleep, reduce stress and experience long-term holistic healing.
Gyant Closed a $13.6M Series A Funding Led by Wing Venture Capital
Gyant which is also known as the “Siri for Healthcare” announced that it has raised a $13.6 million Series A led by Wing Venture Capital. Intermountain Ventures joined the round–Intermountain Healthcare is a customer and along with existing investors Alpana Ventures, Grazia Equity, Techstars Ventures, and Plug and Play Ventures.
Thrasio has closed $260 million Series C round of funding
An acquirer of Amazon third-party private-label businesses, Thrasio, has closed on a $260 million Series C round of funding. The new funding brings the startup’s total funding raised to date to $520.5 million.

SiriusXM To buy Stitcher For Up to $325M
E.W. Scripps Co. secured a deal with SiriusXM to sell podcast network and producer Stitcher, for up to $325 million. The company said that the acquisition of Stitcher will help bolster SiriusXM in the podcast and digital audio ad marketplaces.
